Our innovation district is continuously growing – and with it, the complexity and number of procurement procedures. For this reason, we are looking for a motivated individual who will actively contribute to managing and improving our processes. /p h3We entrust this to you: /h3 ul liPreparation and management of tender documentation and administrative records /li liSupport and assistance throughout all stages of the procurement process /li liOperational management of procurement procedures in compliance with applicable regulations /li liExecution of checks throughout the entire procurement process /li liUse of key reference platforms (e.g. ISOV, SIMOG, ANAC) /li liOperational support and advisory to internal units on procurement‑related matters /li liCommunication and coordination with internal departments, public authorities, and external partners /li liImplementation and continuous improvement of existing procurement processes /li /ul h3You: /h3 ul lihold a degree (at least Bachelor’s level)



in law, economics, public administration, or an equivalent qualification /li lihave experience in public procurement or related fields (administrative/legal) /li lihave a basic knowledge of public procurement regulations and principles of transparency and legality /li liare able to draft tender documentation and manage administrative procedures /li liare ideally familiar with digital tools and e‑procurement platforms (ISOV, SIMOG, ANAC) /li lihave a good command of standard office software /li lihave a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills /li liare able to work independently within established guidelines /li lihave an excellent command of German and Italian, and a good command of English /li /ul h3Do you want to keep growing in an inspiring and international working environment? /h3 h3Then NOI Ltd. is the right place for you.
