The position is based in Milan, with a hybrid work model, and can require travelling to customers' sites up to 5 days per week. /b /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and execute TrakCare implementation projects within the country, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget. /li liTake end-to-end responsibility for the project lifecycle, from day‑to‑day execution management to securing the necessary resources, ensuring effective team coordination so that the deployment is delivered according to contractual commitments and agreed deadlines. /li liDefine project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the entire project lifecycle, following InterSystems’ customer engagement methodology. /li liMonitor customer and third‑party obligations, managing escalations related to any agreed project changes. /li liBe available for assignments requiring regular travel to customer sites (70–80% of the time). /li /ul h3Skills and Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience managing implementation projects for integrated healthcare solutions in a customer‑facing role, gained within public or private healthcare organizations.
