If you're curious, resilient, and ready to grow, you'll find the space to lead, innovate, and together with us meet the needs beyond tomorrow. /p h3MECHANICAL ENGINEER /h3 pIn your regular day at work you will drive the activities in the technical team and build your network across functions (e.g. laboratory, quality, purchasing, production and customer care). /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liDevelop cooking products from component level integration to complete system fulfilling the assigned project targets in terms of quality, performance, reliability, cost, timing. /li liOperate following the Electrolux Integrated Product Development Process. /li liTrack budgets for Project assigned. /li liChair Project Reviews as required by the Project Leaders. /li liDevelop and monitor Project schedules in support of Project goals and targets. /li liPlan, monitor and approve work performed by Engineering and Prototype Workshop, Approval Laboratory, Reliability Laboratory, Innovation Team and Electronics Team. /li liPrepare and direct preparation of engineering documentation: Bill of Material, 2D 3D drawings and Technical Specifications. /li liBe part of the various GRD teams during the process of product development and demonstrate creative ability through invention or other significant contribution inside the specific project working teams. /li liDemonstrate Teamwork approach and self-organizing skills.



/li liHave full ownership to contribute for the definition of the technical specification (both mechanical and functional). /li liBe the interface with Manufacturing, Factory Quality, Process Engineering, Laboratories, Innovation Technologies, Quality in Field, Electronics Electrical Systems Development, Enablers. /li liEnsure Product maintenance, Product quality and Product value analysis programs when needed. /li liProvide full support to company programs, policies and objectives. /li /ul h3What’s Needed For You To Thrive /h3 ul liUniversity Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or technical qualifications) with 2+ years of experience in Product Development. /li liAdvanced skills in 3D CAD, Catia V5 / Inventor software with metal sheet design experience. /li liGeneral knowledge of manufacturing and assembly methodology with stainless steel metal parts. /li liGeneral MS Office proficiency required. /li liExperience in Professional Products sectors for cooking is a plus. /li liWilling to travel. /li liItalian; fluent English. /li /ul h3OUR CULTURE IN 4 WORDS /h3 pBe Customer Obsessed.
