- Manage and grow the client portfolio in assigned international territories
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with agents, distributors, and partners
- Attend international trade fairs and industry events representing the company
- Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs




- Monitor sales performance and report to the Commercial Director **Requirements**: - At least 7 years of experience in export sales or international account management
- Fluency in English is mandatory (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, goal-driven and autonomous
