p EHS Lead – Data Centre Construction p Our client is one of Europe's leading data centre construction contractors, delivering large-scale, mission-critical projects across the continent. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they offer excellent long-term career progression and the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and innovative data centre projects in the industry. /pp We are seeking an experienced EHS Lead to oversee all Environmental, Health Safety activities on a major data centre construction project in Milan. /pp Reporting to senior project leadership, you will be responsible for driving a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with Italian regulations, and leading a team of EHS Advisors to deliver best-in-class safety performance across the project. /pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Lead all Environmental, Health Safety activities on a large-scale data centre construction project. /lili Ensure full compliance with Italian health, safety and environmental legislation and industry standards. /lili Develop, implement and continuously improve site EHS policies, procedures and initiatives. /lili Manage, mentor and develop a team of EHS Advisors on site. /lili Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards. /lili Drive a culture of safety excellence and accountability across all project teams and subcontractors. /lili Investigate incidents, near misses and non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
