- Track and analyze performance metrics across TV, digital platforms, and CRM touchpoints to ensure consistency and service excellence.
- Monitor and improve contact center performances through regular assessments, analysis and insights generation.
- Manage and optimize customer care operations across all channels and in-store support. **You are the right person if you**: - Have a background in Economics, Management, Marketing, Communication or similar
- Speak Italian and English fluently
- Possess a good command of Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel)
