Wyman, the Data & Analytics (DNA) division was established in 2017 and is operating across the entire world, with a focus on Europe. What will you do As a member of Oliver Wyman’s Data & Analytics team, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients at all levels from your very first day, helping clients solve their most pressing challenges.

Our DNA team is committed to developing tailored solutions for clients around the globe, including designing potential solutions for analytical challenges, implementing various prototypes while also assessing their effectiveness, and engaging in discussions with clients and colleagues to share ideas.

Who Can

Apply? Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in a quantitative discipline from a top academic program (Data Science, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) Data‑driven mindset and proficiency with numbers, paired with the ability to explain sophisticated data science concepts in an understandable manner to clients and colleagues Ideally, programming skills in Python or R, but more importantly, an eagerness to continuously extend your knowledge of technologies Excellent command of the English and Italian language (verbal and written) Interest and experience in financial services and risk management is a plus At least 6 months of previous working experience in specialised consulting firms, top tier banking or financial institutions.

Compensation InformationRemuneration Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance premio, and a market‑leading benefits package described below. The expected base salary remuneration range for this position is between EUR 36,200 gross and EUR 43,000 gross per year (full‑time equivalent).



The candidates eligible will receive also a 3,300€ una‑tantum sign‑on bonus in their first month of employment.

This amount is expressed as a full‑time equivalent. Any final offer salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, and our current organizational needs.
