Job Overview We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI & Tool Developer to design, develop and maintain autonomous AI solutions across the E2E Supply Chain.
In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced reasoning, planning and automation solutions, helping solve complex business problems in a global and highly dynamic environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Data Scientists and Engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI agents integrated into enterprise systems and workflows. You will also provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members and contribute to defining the AI engineering roadmap and best practices.
Your Responsibilities As a Senior Agentic AI & Tool Developer, you will:
Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning,
planning and tool usage to support Supply Chain business processes.
Lead the architecture and technical design of agentic AI solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability and security.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise data sources, APIs and systems, ensuring robustness and scalability.
Deliver AI-driven use cases aligned with real business needs and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate closely with Data, AI and Engineering teams throughout the full development lifecycle.
Contribute to production deployment of AI solutions and continuous improvement of AI tooling.
Support knowledge sharing and training on specific AI or data science topics (e.g. NLP, Computer Vision, Time Series).
Mentor junior developers and AI engineers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the team.
Drive the adoption of AI engineering best practices, code quality standards and MLOps/LLMOps principles.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify new AI opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Your Qualifications, Skills and Experience You are a curious and analytical professional who enjoys building intelligent systems and working in collaborative environments.
You bring
Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related fields (PhD is a plus).
5 to 8 years of experience in Software Engineering and/or AI Engineering roles.
A proactive mindset and ability to work effectively within a team-based setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders when needed.
Hands-on experience in agentic AI system development (planning, reasoning, memory, tool usage).
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and agent frameworks.
API integration and connectivity with enterprise systems.
Familiarity with at least one major Big Data platform (e.g. Spark, Databricks, Snowflake).
Advanced expertise in at least one AI domain such as Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning.
Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Palantir or Foundry.
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions from concept to production.
Experience defining software architecture and making technical decisions across cross-functional teams.
Ability to mentor technical teams and influence stakeholders at different organizational levels Our Offer
Salary range: from 45000 € to 55000€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
