The Role

As a Security Client Technical Solutioner, you will collaborate directly with customers to understand their business and technical needs, design tailored security solutions, and craft compelling cost models. You will partner with Technical Solutioning and Solutioning Managers, create bid submissions, negotiate contracts, and ensure profitable deals. Your role also includes documenting solutions, presenting them to decision makers, and standardizing our go‑to‑market pitches across industries.

Responsibilities

- Draft and deliver tailored security solutions and cost cases that meet customer requirements and drive success.
- Support Solutioning Managers and senior stakeholders in customer technology and business discussions.
- Communicate the business and technical value of our solutions to decision makers.
- Prepare bid submissions, design winning cost models, and lead deals to profitability.
- Negotiate contracts up to signature and facilitate smooth engagement hand‑over.
- Own final solution documents, refine them, and present them professionally.
- Standardize go‑to‑market pitches across industries, creating differentiated propositions.

Required Skills and Experience





- 5 years of experience developing IT solutions around Security Architectures and Services.
- Expertise with IT organizational models, IT governance, management and operating models, and IT financing models.
- Proven ability to design and build technical solutions based on customer requirements, including analysis of complex problems and scalable proposals.
- Knowledge of infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
- Excellent customer and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English.

Preferred Skills and Experience

- Experience in a pre‑sales, consulting, or advisory role providing strategic guidance and solutions to customers.
- Knowledge of designing architectures for cloud environments, hybrid infrastructure, and integrating diverse systems.
- Experience supporting sales efforts through collaboration with sales teams, preparing sales materials, participating in customer presentations, and contributing to proposal development.
