As the Application Security Lead, you will guide security-by-design across development teams to protect applications from threats. You'll define standards, review architectures, and respond to incidents, shaping secure software at scale. Lead security initiatives across the organization with security-by-design from early development stages

Develop and maintain secure coding standards and guidelines for development teams

Review application architecture to identify security gaps and propose controls

Monitor applications for security issues and respond to incidents

Maintain documentation of security controls, test results, and compliance evidence

Knowledge of security frameworks such as SAMM, ASVS, NIST CSF

Experience with SAST/DAST tools (Checkmarx, Black Duck, Snyk or equivalents)

Understanding of ISO 27000, NIS2, DORA, ACN guidelines, PCI-DSS and their impact on security
