/lili Ensure constructability and commissioning readiness are embedded from early project phases. /li /ulpb Construction Site Management /b /pulli Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements. /lili Supervise EPC contractors and key subcontractors. /lili Monitor progress, manage change orders, and resolve critical site issues. /lili Ensure site execution aligns with contractual milestones. /li /ulpb Commissioning Handover /b /pulli Lead commissioning strategy and execution. /lili Ensure proper testing, validation, and performance verification of systems. /lili Manage final documentation and client handover. /lili Ensure contractual performance guarantees are achieved. /li /ulpb Contract Stakeholder Management /b /pulli Manage EPC contracts and major subcontract agreements. /lili Lead negotiations, claims management, and variation orders. /lili Interface with clients, authorities, lenders, and strategic partners. /lili Maintain strong relationships with local and international stakeholders. /li /ulpb Risk Financial Management /b /pulli Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost control. /lili Proactively manage risks and mitigation plans. /lili Ensure compliance with corporate governance and reporting requirements. /li /ul pb Required Experience Background /b /pulli Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC project delivery within the energy, power generation, industrial plants, or large infrastructure sectors. /lili Proven track record of leading full lifecycle projects (permitting → engineering → procurement → construction → commissioning → handover). /lili Strong experience in construction management of complex industrial plants. /lili Direct experience managing multidisciplinary engineering subcontractors. /lili Solid background in commissioning and plant startup activities. /lili Demonstrated experience managing large-scale contractors and site teams. /lili Strong understanding of contractual frameworks (EPC, EPCm, multi-lot structures).
