As a **Pricing Manager Zone South M/F/d** you will report to the Vice President Zone South and India&China; based in **Milano** for a **Permanent** contract. **Responsibilities**
- Define and implement the pricing strategy aligned with business goals and market dynamics for the southern Region (Italy, Spain and Portugal).
- Optimize gross pricing, discounts, and premio structures across the product portfolio.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
- Support sales and marketing teams with pricing tools, models, and training.
- Own and manage local pricing processes, tools, and communication. **Profile**
- Degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing.
- 3-5 years’ experience in pricing, strategic consulting, or B2B sales environments.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in pricing and data analysis tools.




- Fluent in English and Italian - Spanish is a plus.
