including providing assessment feedback and supporting individuals through career transitions. /liliDemonstrated experience working with the strongMaltese employment market /strong, including knowledge of local hiring practices, employers, and job search strategies. /liliProven ability to coach professionals at various career stages, from individual contributors to senior leaders, supporting them with career planning, CV/resume development, LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation, and personal branding. /liliStrong coaching skills with a results-oriented approach and a passion for helping individuals successfully navigate career change. /liliFluent English, with the ability to confidently deliver coaching sessions and written feedback in English. /liliExperience working in fast-paced, dynamic, and complex environments, supporting a diverse client base. /liliExperience using psychometric assessments to inform coaching conversations and development plans.
