Vox City is on the lookout for a **Rome** **Host**in city center - someone who thrives on providing top-notch customer service while sharing the excitement of the city with visitors from around the world. **What You'll Be Doing**: - **Be the face of Vox City!** Meet and welcome travelers before their visit to the Vatican Museum.
- **Make their experience seamless!** Help guests with voucher exchanges, ensure they've downloaded their Vox City audio guide, and answer any pre-visit questions.
- **Be their go-to support!** Assist with booking time slots and handle any customer queries about their upcoming visit.




- **Mini-Tour Experience!**Deliver informative, accurate, and engaging commentary about Rome's history, art, architecture, and culture.
- **Share your love for the city!** Offer insights, recommendations, and a friendly smile to create a welcoming first impression. **What We're Looking For**: - A natural people-person who loves interacting with travelers from all over the world.
- You have a proven experience as a tour guide, preferably in Rome/Vatican
- Tech-savvy and comfortable helping guests use our Vox City app.
- Availability through end of March
- Fluent in English (premio points if you speak additional languages!).
- Available to work Monday through Sunday mornings & early afternoon / Start ASAP **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: €9.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Work Location: In person
