The candidate will spearhead compliance activities across diverse therapeutic areas and support the company’s sustainable growth. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure full compliance with data protection laws and oversee data governance practices (GDPR). /liliImplement and monitor the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. /liliConduct periodic compliance risk assessments and define mitigation plans. /liliSupport and coordinate activities of the Supervisory Body. /liliEnsure transparency reporting and disclosure of transfers of value in accordance with the Sunshine Act. /liliLead internal compliance audits and manage corrective action plans. /liliDevelop, update, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures. /liliDesign and strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks. /liliDraft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements. /liliProvide day‑to‑day legal advice to all internal departments.



/liliOversee recovery actions and manage outstanding receivables (Debt Collection). /liliHandle pre‑litigation matters and coordinate external counsel in litigation cases. /liliSupport regulatory, quality, AIFA relations, and CRO activities. /li /ulh3Essential Requirements /h3ulli5 to 10 years of Legal Compliance experience, with at least two‑thirds in a pharmaceutical company or consultancy. /liliPrior role as Head of Legal, Compliance Officer, or General Counsel. /liliExperience in a multinational corporation. /liliStrong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and anti‑corruption frameworks (including corporate liability models such as 231). /liliSolid understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements. /liliExcellent contract drafting and negotiation skills. /liliExperience managing regulatory inspections and interactions with government authorities. /liliLaw degree or higher qualification. /liliFluency in English. /li /ulpWorkplace: Milan /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
