Our internships will give you first-hand insights into the processes, systems, and practices that are aligned to ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of leading-edge technology.Partner with the bestWe are offering an internship opportunity within GTS Upgrade Global Operations focused on the development and implementation of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) performance management processes and analytical tools. The selected candidate will support the setup of a structured and repeatable S&OP Performance Review framework, aimed at monitoring business performance, identifying deviations from plans, and supporting data-driven decision making.The candidate will contribute to the evaluation of forecasting performance across the business, performing variance analysis between planned and actual results, and supporting the implementation of key performance indicators. In parallel, the candidate will assist in the development of Power BI dashboards and explore opportunities to automate data extraction and reporting processes, enhancing visibility and efficiency across the planning organization.This internship will provide hands-on experience in integrated business planning, performance management, data analytics, and business intelligence within a global industrial environment.As an Intern, you will be responsible for:Supporting the setup and operationalization of a structured Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Performance Review processPerforming variance analysis between forecasts, operational plans,
and actual business results to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunitiesMonitoring and analyze key planning and business performance indicatorsDeveloping and maintaining Power BI dashboards to improve visibility of business and planning performanceCollaborating with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Line organizationsContributing to the preparation of management reviews and presentations.Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related fieldStrong interest in business planning, performance management, and data analyticsBasic knowledge of forecasting, planning processes, or supply chain concepts is considered a plusFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel and Power BIFluent in English, both written and spoken.
