ph3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the transition to the new OneStream consolidation system as part of the Finance Transformation Program. /li liPrepare monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, supporting both stand‑alone reporting requirements and SoftBank IFRS reporting. /li liMonitor and ensure the complete and accurate reporting of transactions by reporting units in key consolidation areas, including cash flow, equity, inventory profit eliminations, acquisitions, divestitures, and disclosures. /li liPartner closely with the Financial Reporting Team to prepare SoftBank reporting packages and external stand‑alone financial reporting deliverables. /li liCoordinate and collaborate with Finance and Accounting Operations teams to ensure timely submission of financial information for consolidation. /li liPrepare and document consolidation adjustments and ensure all intercompany balances and unrealized profits are eliminated. /li liManage foreign currency translation, ownership interests, consolidation hierarchies (legal and management), the Group chart of accounts, etc.



/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. /li li10+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and accounting within a multinational organization and/or a Big Four audit firm, with strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS and hands‑on experience in consolidation accounting. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Excel and financial consolidation systems; experience with OneStream is a strong advantage. /li liAffinity for BI solutions and a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and processes. /li liExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify practical solutions and drive continuous improvement. /li liProactive, hands‑on, and collaborative team player who thrives in an international, fast‑paced environment. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non‑financial stakeholders. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
