Overview

In this role you drive growth for WTW’s Rewards Data Intelligence Practice by expanding our B2B client base and cross‑selling remuneration data, software, and data‑driven solutions. You’ll manage client relationships, deliver high‑quality consulting support, and collaborate with European colleagues on international assignments. You will roll out industry‑specific surveys and deliver benchmark insights that shape clients’ rewards practices. This is a fast‑paced, client‑facing opportunity in a diverse, performance‑focused environment with a clear impact on business value.

Responsabilità

- 5+ years of relevant experience in compensation or HR consultancy
- Interest in consulting and working with multiple global clients in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong interest in Compensation & Benefits
- Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven, able to work independently and in a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail
- Fluency in English
