For our International Luxury Hotel Brand located in the heart of Rome, we are seeking for a talented and passionate Reception Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with Front of House Manager in managing Reception operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Cooperate closely with Front of House Manager in setting tagets, strategy and departmental KPIs;

● Manage Reception Team and coordinate daily operations, including rota and holiday planning;

● Be an active leader of Front of House Team, attending meetings and apply decision-making when required;

● Assist Front of House Manager in identifying critical points and suggest actions to improve department efficiency;

● Support Recruitment and Team Management operations, including training and personal development;

● Convey crucial information ensuring the department is up-to-date;

● Keep close contact with guests for feedback, complaints, and compliments;

● Handling, recording, and resolving guest complaints with diplomacy, discretion and proper follow up actions, ensuring all guests leave with a smile.

● Staying one step ahead of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and prevent challenges;

● Act as Duty Manager during weekend coverage;





● Reporting to Front of House Manager.

About You

● At least 3 years experience within Front of House management roles (International Luxury Brands).

● Proven record of leadership and ability to assess and resolve conflicts.

● Excellent people management skills and ability to work under pressure;

● Motivated and problem solving driven even in challenging situations;

● A passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service;

● Excellent communication skills;

● Being a point of reference for the entire Front of House team and lead by example;

● Fluency in Italian & English language - extra language would be preferred

Pay: €28,000.00 - €38,000.00 per year
