The Role Ann Demeulemeester is seeking a Store Manager to join the team at the Paris Store. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities: 1. Sales & Clienteling - Welcoming customers. - Assisted sales, cash management, store openings/closings, and payments (including knowledge of tax-free procedures). - Personal Styling: cross-brand assisted sales (creating total looks). - Active CRM: direct contact with customers. 2. Visual & Store Image - Elite Display: weekly rotation of mannequins and window displays. - Constant management and control of store standards, lighting, and cleanliness. - Storytelling: themed setups blending different designers. 3. Operations & Stock - Quality check of incoming merchandise. - Product packaging.



- Data analysis and sales monitoring to optimize stock levels and reorders. 4. Team & Networking - Continuous training on materials and brand history. - Digital Outreach: high-quality photos and videos for customers via WhatsApp/Social media. - Support in the organization, management, and sales during events. The ideal candidate should have: - Solid experience in assisted sales (at least 10 years). - A background working with luxury brands. - Product sensitivity, excellent knowledge of market trends and fashion. - Ability to manage every stage of the sales process. - Knowledge of key retail KPIs. - Fluency in English. - Nice to have: knowledge of a second foreign language. The profile should be completed by the following skills: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the public. - Knowledge of core sales techniques. - Customer satisfaction orientation. - Problem-solving. - Flexibility and autonomy. - Teamwork attitude.
