Mission: Own quality across web, mobile, and AI pipelines. Build the QA function from the ground up so NowVision can ship fast without breaking trust with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Define the overall QA strategy: manual, automated, regression, release management

- Prepare and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.

- Define quality processes for AI/ML outputs (eval datasets, accuracy thresholds, regression checks)

- Own release readiness, bug triage, and quality metrics

- Hire and grow the QA team over time

Must-have:

- 5+ years in QA, including hands-on test automation and at least some lead/management experience

- Experience defining QA processes in a fast-moving startup environment

- Comfort working alongside ML/AI teams on non-deterministic systems

- Nice-to-have: Experience in safety-critical, regulated, or enterprise B2B products.
