We are looking for a highly motivated Industrialization Engineer to join the Engineering team within the Sun Lens Business Unit.
This role is key to optimizing and scaling mass production processes for injection molding and hard coating technologies. Reporting directly to the Engineering Director, the successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives to expand the company’s operational footprint, starting with production flow redesign in Italy and evolving to global implementation. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful development and deployment of all necessary resources, equipment, and utilities.
Manufacturing Flow analysis : Equipment upgrade : Study and evaluate technology evolutions that fit the product requirements Project Management : Manage the entire lifecycle of optimization and scaling projects,
from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery, ensuring they align with cost, quality, and timeline targets.
Monitoring : Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success and efficiency of optimization and scaling projects and the broader footprint strategy. Cross‑Functional Coordination : Collaborate with various internal and external teams to achieve expansion goals. A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, such as mechanical, material, chemical or a related technical field is required.
At least 5-10 years of experience in Industrialization, Technical role Experience in project management, and working within relevant industrial stakeholders is beneficial. Proficiency in CAD or related software is a plus.
