We're exclusively supporting a fast-growing international developer that's expanding its Data Centre & Renewable Energy businesses across Italy , with a wider presence across Europe and LatAm
This is a fantastic opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth, taking ownership of major infrastructure projects from initial site identification through to key development milestones. You'll work alongside experienced engineering, development and permitting teams, helping deliver some of Italy's most exciting data centre developments.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the development of large-scale data centre and renewable energy projects from inception through to key project milestones.
- Assess new development opportunities, coordinating technical, planning and commercial feasibility.
- Manage project timelines, risks and deliverables to keep projects progressing.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, landowners and public authorities.
- Support permitting and planning activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery and maximise project success.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years' experience managing complex infrastructure or development projects.
- Background in data centres, renewable energy, infrastructure, industrial real estate or similar sectors .
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical and commercial teams.
- Good understanding of project development, permitting and planning processes.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent Italian with a good level of English.
