Services Group, Engineering Services Group Program Management Are you passionate about technology that empowers engineers, educators, and innovators worldwide? Arduino is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a group of related projects and ensure they are aligned with organizational goals, delivering business value through coordinated execution. In this role, you'll contribute to the definition of program objectives, scope, and roadmap ensuring prioritization in alignment with business goals.
You will develop program plans, milestones, and success metrics, ensuring alignment across projects and long‐term strategy. This position must be based at our operational headquarters in Turin. Please consider that this role is ideal for candidates with 1-5 years of experience.

including prototypes allocation and delivery Risk & stakeholder management Maintain strong relationships across teams and leadership A data‐driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions from metrics Experience working in agile, cross‐functional teams with a structured and pragmatic approach Excellent communication skills—bridge technical and non‐technical stakeholders and foster consensus within distributed and cross‐functional teams Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a strong plus Premio Points Working knowledge of electronics development lifecycle (PCB design, prototyping, validation, manufacturing) Familiarity with embedded systems / firmware constraints (real‐time, memory, power) Understanding of cloud architectures (APIs, microservices, IoT platforms) Experience managing programs from concept → EVT/DVT/PVT → mass production → EOL Ability to coordinate simultaneous HW, FW, SW and cloud releases If you're excited about this role and our mission but don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
