Chaberton Professionals , a division of Chaberton Partners specialized in the search and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles , is looking for a PR Manager on behalf of our client, a prestigious luxury lifestyle holding company based in Florence , managing a portfolio of distinguished brands across hospitality, fine dining, design, and curated lifestyle experiences.

Role Overview The PR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic public relations initiatives that enhance brand awareness and reinforce the positioning of the group's luxury brands across key international markets.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional with strong experience in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle and design. The ideal candidate possesses excellent media relations skills, a deep understanding of the luxury landscape, and the ability to create compelling narratives that resonate with both traditional and digital audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement integrated PR strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders at local and international level.
- Manage media outreach activities, including press releases, interviews, media visits, press trips, and editorial opportunities.
- Create compelling brand storytelling and ensure consistency of messaging across all communication channels.
- Coordinate communication initiatives supporting hotel openings, restaurant launches, design collections, events, partnerships, and corporate announcements.
- Identify and secure high-impact media coverage in luxury, travel,



lifestyle, food, architecture, design, and business publications.
- Oversee influencer and talent engagement programs, ensuring alignment with brand values and positioning.
- Manage PR agencies and external partners, ensuring effectiveness, budget adherence, and KPI achievement.
- Monitor media performance, sentiment, and share of voice, providing regular reporting and strategic recommendations.
- Support crisis communication activities when required, safeguarding brand reputation.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital, Commercial, Operations, and Leadership teams to develop integrated communication plans.
- Stay informed on luxury market trends, consumer behaviors, cultural movements, and emerging communication opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, design, fashion, luxury retail, or premium consumer brands.
- Proven track record in securing top-tier media coverage and building long-term media relationships.
- Strong network within luxury, lifestyle, travel, design, and hospitality media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italiano.
- Experience managing PR agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel when required.

Location: Florence, Italy Salary range: €50.000 - €65.000 gross per year
