As a Material Planner at Alstom, you secure on-time material deliveries by coordinating daily with Industrial Planning, PrIDM, Sourcing, and suppliers. You manage purchase orders and OTIF delivery commitments while tracking KPI performance for production logistics. You set delivery plans and coordinate with the planning team to detect slippage and propose corrective actions. Your work supports production readiness and cost/performance targets within the railway context.

- Process purchase orders for production materials based on frame agreements
- Manage relationships with main suppliers to secure OTIF delivery commitments for production materials
- Oversee and coordinate assigned suppliers
- Set material delivery plans using call-off methodology when required




- Collaborate with Industrial Planning to monitor material delivery and propose corrective actions
- Expedite purchase orders and reschedule deliveries as needed
- Provide basic reporting to Industrial Planning on material delivery status
- University degree in Electronics/Electronic Engineering or Logistics
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Working knowledge of MRP and JIT systems
- PC literate with MS Excel
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation
- Desirable: knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Railway Electronics and Signalling equipment
