In this role you own Mastercard Move in Italy, shaping long-term strategy and day-to-day execution to expand the move business. You'll craft compelling value propositions for Italian customers, lead business development and partner engagement, and analyze market data to steer commercial decisions. You collaborate across regional product teams and global platforms to evolve offerings, while ensuring successful delivery and customer outcomes.

This is an autonomous, high-impact position in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a clear growth trajectory.

Pay range: 68,000 - 101,000 EUR

- Commercial Leadership: tailor value propositions for priority Italian segments and lead pipeline development, deal shaping, sales training, and partner engagement

Evaluate business cases and partnerships to strengthen competitive position

Strategy &

- Insights: analyze markets and translate insights into commercial/product strategies; define KPI measures

Cross Functional Orchestration:



collaborate with regional product and global teams to shape product evolution; identify and convert opportunities; ensure delivery and customer success

Advocacy &

- Influence: act as Mastercard Move ambassador internally and externally; promote innovative money-movement solutions; occasional in-market travel

Extensive experience in business development across payment types, technologies, and customer segments

Experience in Cross Border Payments and/or Card push payments

Understanding of market economics and FX dynamics

Knowledge of four-party model and alternative payment methods

P&L; management and sales objective execution

Ability to translate strategies into actionable plans

Self-motivation, curiosity, proactivity and creativity in problem solving

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- MBA preferred

Fluency in Italian and English

- French or Spanish is a differentiator

Strong communication and collaboration skills
