Experteer Overview In this role you drive country‐level CAR‐T study delivery, translating complex strategies into actionable operational plans. You lead a local study team, ensuring compliant, timely activation and strong site performance in a fast‐moving, cross‐functional environment. You partner with monitoring, regulatory, medical, data and quality to keep studies inspection‐ready and data integrity high.

You shape execution plans to accelerate patient access and strengthen site relationships, balancing speed with disciplined governance. This position places you at the heart of delivering transformative therapies to patients, with a clear impact on timelines, quality and collaboration.
