Specialista In this role you own the financial oversight of onshore installation activities, partnering with Installation and Site Execution teams to keep projects within budget and scope. You connect site progress with financial performance, driving cost discipline and operational visibility. You will work closely with Installation Managers to analyze deviations, support corrective actions, and contribute to process improvements.

This is a hands-on, site‑facing finance role that balances execution realities with robust cost control, across EPC-like environments.

- Monitor and control land installation costs (labour, subcontractors, materials, equipment, logistics)
- Track budget vs. actuals, analyze deviations and support corrective actions with site teams
- Link physical installation progress to financial performance and KPIs
- Analyze productivity, crew efficiency and subcontractor performance
- Ensure alignment between contractual scope and site activities
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts and cash flow for installation scope




- Support variation analysis, extra works and claims
- Act as financial counterpart for Installation Managers and Site teams
- Contribute to process improvement, standardization and project close-out activities
- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or economical background
- Experience in onshore installation, construction or EPC projects
- Strong exposure to site execution and operational environments
- Background in installation contractors, jointing/cabling companies or specialized subcontractors
- Ability to read technical drawings, method statements and contracts
- Advanced Excel (cost tracking, data analysis, reporting)
- Strong communication with technical and financial stakeholders
