In this role you will lead talent development, internal communications, and employer branding to support Sephora’s strategy. You will manage a multi-vertical team and design integrated HR programs that align with European HQ guidelines and country needs. You will drive engaging employee experiences, well‑being initiatives, and a cohesive communication strategy across Retail and Corporate populations.

This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on delivery to amplify Sephora’s values and culture in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilità

Proven experience as a Head of Talent Development, Internal Communication & Employer Branding, xkiyazw or similar role

English fluency

Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments

High organizational skills (complex planning and priority management)

Strong cooperative skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders

Good organizational awareness

Positive attitude towards change management
