For our International Luxury Hotel Brand located in the heart of Rome, we are looking for a passionate and efficient Guest Relations Agent to provide high-quality service to our hotel guests. In this role, you need to be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations. Your main aim will be to deliver memorable guest experiences and ensure guest will look forward to returning.

A little taste of your day-to-day

● Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcome;

● Acknowledging Loyalty programs and returning guests in person or over the phone;

● Meeting our guests at breakfast to ensure recognition and tackle potential challenges;

● Engaging with our loyal guests to become their trusted contact whilst on premises;

● Dealing with guest complaints, ensuring appropriate follow up and resolution;

● Maintaining highest level of communications within all departments making sure crucial information is conveyed at all times;

● Enhance our guests check-in & check-out experience, providing room escorting when required;

● Staying one step ahead of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations;





● Reporting to Guest Relations Manager & Front Office Manager.

What we need from you

● Excellent communication skills;

● Preferred previous experience within similar roles in International Luxury Hotel Brands.

● Problem-solving approach;

● Ability to perform under pressure and maintain a positive attitude despite the circumstances;

● Fluency in Italian & English language (extra language would be preferred);

● Familiarity with Opera PMS;

● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
