CR Movers Inc. is a fast‐growing Canadian moving company serving the Greater Toronto Area. We rely heavily on organic search and local visibility to drive inbound leads and are looking to strengthen our SEO presence across multiple service areas. We are looking for a hands‐on SEO Specialist who understands local SEO, ranking service‐based businesses, and generating qualified inbound leads, not just traffic.

This role requires someone who can execute, analyze results, and continuously improve rankings for high‐intent keywords related to moving services. Perform keyword research focused on local & service‐based intent Optimize on‐page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking) Create and execute local SEO strategies (citations, NAP consistency) Build and manage white‐hat backlinks (local directories, partnerships)



Provide monthly SEO performance reports with insights and next steps Collaborate with marketing and sales to align SEO with lead quality Proven SEO experience Experience ranking service‐based businesses Familiar with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog Comfortable working with WordPress or similar CMS Strong English communication (written) Data-driven and results-focused Improve local map pack visibility Increase organic leads and inbound calls Maintain consistent month‐over‐month SEO improvements Experience with Canadian or U.S. local SEO Understanding of Google Ads & attribution Opportunity to scale SEO strategy across multiple locations Performance incentives for strong results
