Role Description The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vicenza.

The Graphic

Designer will develop visual concepts and execute designs for digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency across all assets.

Responsibilities include creating logos, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and layout designs, as well as preparing files for production and collaborating with marketing and product teams to support campaign objectives. The role involves interpreting creative briefs, refining design drafts based on feedback, maintaining an organized asset library, and staying current with design trends and best practices.

The Graphic

Designer will also participate in reviews, contribute ideas to improve visual communication, and ensure all deliverables meet quality, timing, and technical requirements.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating professional-quality work.





Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive visual identities.

Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for effective visual communication.

Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).

Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual concepts and work accurately under deadlines.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site in Vicenza.

Attention to detail, creativity, and openness to constructive feedback and iterative design processes.

Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
