The Finance Business Partner role is based in Italy and reports to the Head of Finance Italy within the Southern Europe Finance team. The incumbent will support the P&L; monthly planning & forecasting process and provide value‑added financial analyses to support business decisions. Planning and forecasting of Net Sales, Advertising & Promotions and Overhead lines Supporting Finance Hub Team in Month End Closure activities Master Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar ~+2 years relevant experience as a Finance Business Partner, Sales/Business Analytics, Strategy or Business Development, preferably in a large FMCG organisation ~ High commercial acumen and advanced analytical skills, with a Finance background preferred ~ Fluency in spoken and written English ~ Proficiency in Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint) ~ Experience with market data analysis and business understanding EUR 40,632.00 – EUR 55,869.00 (indicative, varies by experience, skills and internal equity)
