We are looking for an Electrical Thermal Incident (ETI) Project Responsible, who will plan, perform and execute ETI assessment on new vehicles, new top hat, new engine, MCA and serial life modifications, ensuring the process is applied according to the standard process to meet milestone expectations. The ETI assessment is the evaluation of the risk of a thermal incident for all electric and electronic components, the wiring harness and their installation in the vehicle.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Design Phase
Ensure ETI validation on electrical and electronic components in cooperation with dedicated people in the team.
Support digital analysis on wiring harness routing to ensure best practices are applied and ETI risk eliminated in cooperation with Packaging/CCP/wiring harness DRE
Escalate blocking point to align with the expectations
Prepare and release ETI assessment report for each milestone of the process
Execute ETI physical check in the production plant to confirm digital analysis (GEMBA WALKS)
Contribute to Safety assessment for any deviation observed

Serial Life
Support plant PQE (Plant Quality Engineering) and RQDV (Routings Quality Design & Validation - former CCP)
in the proper risk assessment of serial life issues
Participate to recurrent GEMBA WALK in the assigned plants
Contribute to the improvement of ETI assessment process and design standard through lesson learned process.
Support in ETI Field and ETI Laboratory analysis
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATION: University Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Automotive Engineering or Electrical/Electronics High School Diploma
SOFT SKILLS
Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of French is considered a strong plus

Offer
Salary range: from 38.000€ to 44.000€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements.
Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
