PURPOSE We are seeking an EDI–SAP Support Analyst to work closely with our IT and Customer Service teams on a variety of support activities and improvement projects. The role focuses on providing end‐to‐end support for our ERP system (SAP) and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange ) applications, ensuring seamless data exchange within customers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate combines technical IT skills with a solid understanding of the order management and invoicing process between clients and suppliers . This includes familiarity with order creation, confirmations, delivery flows, shipping documents, and invoicing steps.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develops the new B2B flows required by business needs





Participates in the maintenance of EDI and B2B implementations

Acts in compliance with data protection in line with current legislation and corporate policies

Contributes to satisfying the continuing need for IT innovation and development

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION

You are going to graduate or you have just graduated in Information Technologies, Computer Science Engineering, Economics, Business Adminstration or equivalent studies

You have a good level of English knowledge (especially reading and speaking)

YOUR SOFT SKILLS

You have good communication and problem solving skills

You have a high level of logical and analytical skills, focused on troubleshooting

You are prone to work as a team and carry on the work autonomously

You are keen on learning and you have a positive attitude to change tasks frequently

You are available for business trips

We are committed to offering a fair and transparent compensation approach.

This role sits within a salary range of €30.000–€40.000, defined based on internal equity and external market benchmarks. The final offer will be tailored, reflecting the selected candidate's experience, skills, and overall contribution to the role.
