Delivery Lead – Milano, Avanade. Lead projects across industries, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and aligned with strategic objectives.

What you will do

- Client Management – Serve as primary point of contact for clients, maintain strong relationships, understand and communicate client needs, update progress, manage expectations, collaborate with Sales Accounts.
- Project Delivery – Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects; develop detailed plans, allocate resources, manage schedule, monitor performance, adjust as needed.
- Team Leadership – Oversee a team of project managers and delivery staff; provide guidance, mentorship, feedback; foster collaborative culture, manage multiple projects under high pressure.
- Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, implement best practices, drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure compliance.
- Risk Management – Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, monitor and manage risks, escalating as necessary.
- Industry Knowledge – Understand competitive landscape, emerging technologies, anticipate client needs,



identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- 5–10 years of experience in project or delivery management, or related role.
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end, complex system‑integration projects across different technologies.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

Compensation

Base salary range: €43,500 – €79,500, aligned with seniority and responsibilities, per the Collettivo Nazionale for third‑sector employees.
