SkillMatch Hub is a skills-based selection platform. We are building a pool of Junior, Intermediate, and Senior professionals to support the internal needs of SkillMatch Hub, the ILS ecosystem, and future recruitment processes on behalf of Italian client companies.

About the Role

Turn complex data into decisions people can trust.

As a Data Analyst, you will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, identify trends and insights through descriptive and diagnostic analysis, and transform business questions into meaningful metrics and reports. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to create dashboards that support informed decision-making while helping improve data quality and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Perform descriptive and diagnostic data analysis.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs using business intelligence tools.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
- Support data quality initiatives and improve reporting processes.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, business-focused recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard development.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
