Your Role As a Customer Success Specialist – HPE, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our partner ecosystem by driving engagement, solution adoption, and business development initiatives across the HPE portfolio.
Develop and strengthen relationships with reseller partners and key stakeholders.
Support customer and partner adoption of HPE solutions, including Hybrid Cloud, HPE GreenLake, Compute, Storage, Networking, and Data Center technologies.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing partner base.
Generate and qualify leads through marketing campaigns, digital tools, events, and the Ingram Micro XvantageTM platform.
Collaborate with Vendor Managers, Presales Specialists, Marketing, Finance, and Technical Consultants to execute growth strategies.
Monitor pipeline activity, partner engagement, business performance,
and customer satisfaction indicators.
Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them maximize business opportunities within the HPE ecosystem.
Provide market feedback, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to support strategic initiatives.
What We're Looking For Previous experience in Customer Success, Inside Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Channel Sales is considered a strong plus.
Experience in the IT industry, particularly in infrastructure, cloud, networking, storage, or enterprise solutions, is highly appreciated.
Strong customer orientation and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.

Compensation &
Pay Transparency Ingram Micro is committed to fair, transparent, and equitable compensation practices, in line with applicable EU and Italian regulations, including Directive (EU) 2023/970 and D.Lgs. 96/2026.
Salary Range: The annual gross salary (RAL) for this position ranges from EUR 30,000 to EUR 38,000.
The final compensation package will be determined based on objective criteria, including:
Relevant professional experience and skills;
Certifications and technical expertise; Scope and responsibilities of the role; Internal equity and market benchmarks.

Compensation and grading will be aligned with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Commercio) and are subject to periodic review based on performance and business needs.
