As Consumer Product Owner for Italy/France/Spain, you will define and drive the country's product strategy and performance within PayPal's consumer ecosystem. You will align cross‐functional teams—product, design, engineering, and marketing—to deliver a cohesive, market‐specific experience. You'll own growth levers, engagement, and revenue, translating global priorities into local initiatives.

This role offers the chance to shape consumer experiences at scale in a globally connected payments platform.

Responsibilities

- Design and steer the portfolio strategy for the identified country, translating analytics into local priorities
- Coordinate hands‐on execution of local and global cross‐functional initiatives
- Resolve strategy execution obstacles and guide change implementations
- Align priorities with the global commercial product strategy
- Identify opportunities and negotiate new partnerships




- Engage with partners to improve relationships and operational efficiency
- Define customized market/regional product and technology strategies
- Oversee delivery of key product and platform infrastructures
- Set strategic direction and roadmap to improve product experience and business metrics
- 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven track record launching and scaling high-impact products in a matrixed organization
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders xkiyazw and partners to drive action
- Demonstrated commercial success scaling a market segment in a global structure
- Hands‐on, proactive mindset with change agent capabilities
- BA is required
