In this role you will define and lead the European Client Development strategy to grow the client base, deepen engagement, and boost loyalty across Europe. You will align CRM, Clienteling and Private Client efforts with the broader business vision, working with Retail and cross-functional teams to embed a client-centric culture. You will oversee a multi-market team and partner across functions to deliver measurable impact and elevate the Fendi client experience.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, personalization and luxury retail across Europe.

- Define and lead the European Client Development strategy aligned with the business plan
- Set KPIs across acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty and VIC development
- Leverage data, CRM analytics and market insights to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor performance and ROI of Client Development across Europe
- Define CRM and Clienteling framework and promote best practices across markets
- Drive client engagement through campaigns, events, personalization and experiences
- Ensure a consistent and elevated client experience across physical and digital touchpoints
- Lead recruitment, development and retention of high-end clients and VICs




- Build VIC culture across the European retail network and align Private Clients Relations with Retail
- Oversee VIC initiatives leveraging Roman heritage to create a distinctive client experience
- Lead and empower the Client Development team; partner with European Retail Managers to translate strategy into action
- Share best practices across the European retail network and with HQ teams
- Collaborate with Retail, Omnichannel, Digital, Marketing and Client Services to create a seamless client strategy
- 8+ years in Client Development, CRM, Retail, Omnichannel or related function, ideally within luxury
- Proven experience leading client strategy across multiple markets xrdztoy and an international retail network
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into growth
- Expertise in CRM, Clienteling, client engagement, PCR and VIC development
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management in a complex international environment
- Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Passion for luxury, fashion, culture and evolving client behaviors
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
