Glenair is a multinational company, excellence in the field of interconnection with avionics-aerospace, land and maritime applications. The Product Manager acts as a point of contact for the Sales Teams for the factory products and provides support both internally and externally for the products assigned.

The candidate will take care of all the activities of the department, in particular:

- Work on pricing structure and proposals for submission to the Sales, customers and/or Management
- Help the Sales teams develop business opportunities
- Reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with the Glenair Team
- Preparing technical and commercial bids and proposals in collaboration with Technical Departments
- Effectively interfacing and cooperating with all Glenair staff
- Developing new product features in collaboration with Sales and Engineering

The candidate must have the following requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in electronic or mechanical engineering
- Preferred 5-year experience in engineering company,



better if technical role or technical sales
- Knowledge of English, both written and oral
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
- Must be well organized with a problem solving, proactive approach to business

Traveling abroad will be necessary on a regular basis.

Retribuzione: €35.000,00 - €40.000,00 all'anno
