YellowSquare Milan is expanding its team and looking for an energetic and reliable professional to join us overnight. We are seeking a hospitality-driven candidate who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere and is dedicated to delivering an exceptional, safe, and welcoming experience to our international guests.

What You Will Be Doing

- Guest Management: Executing seamless check-in and check-out workflows, managing overnight reservations, and handling system inquiries.
- Administration & Cashiering: Processing payments, issuing accurate bills and invoices, and balancing daily shift reports.
- Security & Patrols: Performing regular walkthroughs to maintain the safety, security, and quiet atmosphere of hallways, common areas, entrances, and access points.
- Problem Solving: Promptly resolving guest requests, complaints, or unexpected nighttime situations with an empathetic and solution-oriented approach.

What You Bring to the Team

- Experience: A proven background in front desk operations or night auditing (at least 2 years of experience in a similar role is required).
- Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English and Italian (knowing additional languages is always a plus!).
- Customer Focus: A natural talent for guest relations and a commitment to high-standard customer service.
- Team Spirit & Flexibility: Strong collaborative skills across different hostel departments,



combined with open availability and adaptability regarding night shifts and schedules.

- Contract & Classification: Part-time contract (16 hours/week) under an initial 3-month fixed-term agreement. Hired at Level 3 of the National Collective Agreement (CCNL Alberghi/Turismo), including paid vacations and a competitive benefits package.
