Open position: Senior .NET Developer

Location: Rome / Hybrid / Remote
Contract: Permanent (Metalworkers' National Collective Bargaining Agreement)
Seniority: Senior (5+ years of experience)

Role Description

For one of our ICT clients, we are seeking a Senior .NET Developer who can lead the development of complex software solutions, collaborating actively with technical teams and project stakeholders. The candidate will play a key role in architectural design, scalable application development, and mentoring more junior staff.

- ️ Main activities

- - ️Design and development of enterprise applications in the .NET environment (Core/6/7/8)

- - ️Management and integration of RESTful services and complex components

- - ️Coordination of technical activities and support to the development team

- - ️Refactoring and optimization of existing solutions

- - ️Support in defining software architectures and best practices

Technical skills required

- - ️Excellent knowledge of .NET Core (preferably .NET 6 or higher)

- - ️Experience with C# , Entity Framework , ASP.NET Core , LINQ

- - ️Knowledge of SQL Server and relational DB design

- - ️REST Web API Development

- - ️Experience with design patterns , microservices architectures, and SOLID principles

- - ️Knowledge of versioning tools ( Git ) and build automation

➕ Nice to have

- - ️Experience with Blazor

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes environments
- - ️Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

- - ️DevOps or cloud (Azure/AWS) skills

Soft skills

- - ️Technical leadership and results orientation





- - ️Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions

- - ️Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

- - ️Proactive in proposing improvement and technological solutions
