BIM Coordinator

Role

The BIM Coordinator plays a key role in the process of designing and implementing works with digital approaches (BIM). He or she is recognized as the discipline contact and is responsible for coordinating the project team.

As Project BIM Coordinator, the successful candidate will contribute to projects that will include integrated modeling approaches. He/she will need to demonstrate experience in coordinating, analyzing, and verifying large projects.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the multidisciplinary design team the BIM Coordinator Implants will be responsible for:

- Organizing and verifying the work of one, or more, operational teams on different projects

- Produce reports and progress reports on work and operational teams

- Attending and contributing to project meetings (internal and external)

- BIM project setup and management

- BIM coordination and management of BIM project data sets/workflows





- Managing BIM coordination meetings among different project consultants

- Monitoring of BIM standards within the project

- Developing, using and maintaining Dynamo scripts to serve workflows

Technical Requirements

- In possession of an appropriate degree (Civil Engineering or Architect)

- Demonstrated experience as BIM Coordinator in complex projects

- Excellent knowledge of BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit

- Ability to coordinate and manage multidisciplinary work teams

- Strong spirit of collaboration and problem solving

- Good communication skills, both written and oral

- Good knowledge of Revit Dynamo and principles of Computational Design

- Ability to analyze clash detection and verify business standard applications

- English Language
