For the Staff Department of IMA SpA, within the CUSTOMER SERVICE SOLUTION organization, we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER SERVICE SOLUTION.

JOB SUMMARY

- Manage service projects within the Global Service portfolio (related to digital solutions and IT tools supporting troubleshooting activities) across the service divisions, starting from the central Global Service organization, by planning activities, timelines, and costs in detail.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Managers, Division Service Account Managers, and the Global Service Service Solution Development team to promote, sell, and implement service solutions across divisions and subsidiaries.
- Prepare and share with the project team the project technical specifications (MIP) and ensure the distribution of all valid project documentation available at the time of order entry.
- Develop project plans together with the relevant divisions and areas of expertise, as well as Global Service, and manage all project phases.
- Organize and lead project development meetings involving divisions/sites and subsidiaries.
- Coordinate periodic project progress meetings with the project team and share project checklists and status updates.
- Keep Division Management and Global Service Management aligned on any project issues,



managing potential revisions to specifications or objectives when required.
- Plan, manage, and participate in all key project phases, including FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and verify the closure of the post-FAT punch list, coordinating the handover of information and deliverables to the SAT (After-Sales) team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

- Degree in Management Engineering or a technical discipline with a focus on project and service management.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial after-sales services and/or consulting, with a strong project-based mindset and orientation toward development processes.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in project planning tools (such as Microsoft Project).

The initial gross annual salary will be €42,000, in accordance with the Italian Metalworking Industry Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria), with the possibility of adjustment based on the candidate’s experience and competencies, in line with objective and gender-neutral evaluation criteria.
