Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Naval Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in design offices or shipyards.
Responsibilities:
The role will involve:
- Structural analysis and sizing
- Ship static and dynamic analysis
- Functional system design and compliance with class and flag standards
- Safety plan definition
- Independent execution of structural sizing checks per class regulations
- Power predictions and stability checks
Requirements:
- Degree in Naval Architecture/Engineering
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software
- Knowledge of naval design standards and conventions
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to manage assigned tasks independently
- Teamworking and/or team management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Contract Conditions:
This position applies the National Collective Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce and Services, with a provision for 14 monthly payments.
Working hours are Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
