Michelangelo 1960 is looking for an experienced Sales Director to oversee sales operations for its luxury leather goods and fine jewelry collections.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow retail sales performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs and sales targets
- Support daily store operations

Requirements

- Experience in luxury retail sales management
- Fluent English required
- Jewelry sales experience preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Italian work authorization required
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
