To support our important development initiatives, we are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist who will analyze existing operational processes and develop projects to improve and make them more efficient.

What will your challenges be?

- Monitoring performance and production processes to identify areas for improvement, liaising with operators and managers to assess their needs;
- Implementing projects based on Lean Manufacturing methodology within the production area;
- Creating work procedures;
- Coordinating and monitoring improvement projects;
- Collaborating at the Division level (Montana Spain) providing technical/procurement support;
- Processing and analyzing production data (KPIs,



daily production, line downtime, etc.);
- Supporting the Production department on matters related to operational processes.

What are we looking for in your profile?

- Master’s degree in Management, Industrial, or Process Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- Experience with and use of an ERP system (preferably SAP)
- Excellent command of English (knowledge of Spanish is a plus)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology
- Results-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
