Your Tasks:
Manage material procurement activities, ensuring timely availability of components in line with production requirements.
Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders, verifying delivery feasibility directly with suppliers.
Monitor material availability through proactive follow-up with suppliers and management of order confirmations.
Manage and maintain material planning parameters in ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with operational needs.
Analyze supply chain performance data, including inventory levels, forecast accuracy and material coverage, supporting improvement actions.
Monitor supplier delivery performance and support the management of material flows related to quality issues.
Support cross-functional initiatives related to Kanban implementation and material management processes.
Requirements:
Experience in material planning, procurement or supply chain activities within a manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of material procurement and inventory management processes.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP MM/PP.
Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
Good command of the English language and fluency in Italian.
Strong problem-solving, planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

The annual gross salary range for this position is EUR 38.000–45.000. The final compensation package will be aligned with the candidate's qualifications and relevant professional experience.
